4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (15x). For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period; once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• bigwinlive reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the account may be closed and the bonus forfeited.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts from the same household, device, or IP address is prohibited.

4.4 VIP Program

bigwinlive operates three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — with weekly cashback and special benefits provided at each tier. Higher tiers come with greater benefits. Special terms may apply to VIP members and will be communicated separately.

5.1 Validity of Bets

A bet placed on the bigwinlive platform will be considered valid only when the system successfully registers it and a confirmation message is displayed. Any incomplete bet due to a technical error will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.

5.2 Maximum Bet Limits

Maximum bet amounts may vary for different games and events. The platform reserves the right to set or change the bet limit for any user.

5.3 Result Disputes

In the event of a dispute over a game result, bigwinlive's server logs will be considered final evidence. Each game result is controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and is independently audited.

5.4 Cricket and Sports Betting

The following applies to betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, FIFA, and other sporting events:

• Bets must be validly registered before the event begins.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount is generally refunded.
• Trusted third-party scoring data is used to determine results.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bigwinlive platform:

• Gaining an advantage through fraudulent activity, cheating, or manipulation of games or bonuses.
• Creating or maintaining multiple accounts.
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Using automated software, bots, or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to breach the platform's systems, network, or security.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using third-party payment methods.
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate the outcome of games or bets.
• Harassing, intimidating, or deceiving other users.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above activities, bigwinlive may immediately suspend or close the account and forfeit all balances. Law enforcement authorities may also be notified if necessary.
